Simple, direct, at your pace.
Selling a business is a big decision. Here is what working together looks like, from the first call to the handover.
- 01 Conversation
We start with a call, no paperwork. You tell me about the business and what you want next. I tell you who I am and what I am looking for. If it is not a fit, we say so plainly.
- 02 Confidential review
Once we both want to go further, we sign an NDA. You share the numbers and I learn how the business runs: its customers, its people, and what makes it work.
- 03 Letter of intent
I put a written offer in front of you with plain terms: price, structure, and how the transition would work. You take the time you need to consider it.
- 04 Diligence
I confirm what I have been told, with a tight scope and a clear list of what I need. I keep disruption to your team to a minimum.
- 05 Close and transition
We close, and then we work through the handover together: introductions to customers, to your team, and to the way you do things. How long you stay involved is up to you.
What you built stays built.
I'm not a fund with a clock. I'll own the business and run it myself, in it day to day, for decades.
The name, the culture and the customer relationships you spent years earning stay intact.
Your people are the business. I plan to keep them and invest in them, if they want to stay and grow, and where it makes sense for the business.
Every conversation is private. Nothing is shared without your say.
